_ I spotted this pumpkin‑patch strawberry idea on Pinterest and fell in love - little strawberries dipped in orange‑coloured white chocolate, planted in Oreo "dirt" with mint for stems. Colouring white chocolate can be fiddly (it needs oil‑based colours or powders), so I used a pre‑coloured, better‑tasting chocolate rather than candy melts, though those work too._

Step 1 - Line a tray with parchment. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and dip the strawberries in holding them by the calyxes. Place on the tray and repeat with the remaining strawberries. Allow to set and then dip the strawberries again the melted chocolate to ensure that the surface is smooth and that you've covered up the red part of the strawberry as much as possible.
Step 2 - Place some of the chocolate in a small piping bag and draw pumpkin stripes. Place the crumbled Oreos on a serving tray and spread out so that it resembles dirt. Place strawberry pumpkins on the dirt and intertwine mint leaves to look like pumpkin stems.
