The Jennifer Aniston salad is a well-rounded dish that's both easy to make and enjoyable. With a good mix of crunch and freshness, it might just find a place in your regular meals! Its association with Jennifer Aniston comes from being her daily pick during the show's production. Or was it???

This cabbage and pine nut salad was inspired by restaurant Buzo's most popular salad. It is made with finely shredded cabbage with raisins, pine nuts, pecorino and a delicious salad cream!

I know it's not all summer and sunshine for y'all in the Northern Hemisphere so this recipe is for you! It's a farro and beetroot salad that also uses the beetroot leaves so it's a great low waste salad that also happens to be absolutely delicious too!

5 - Roasted Cauliflower and Quinoa Salad

Top 5 Healthy Salads For Work

I call this the Bondi salad because it's gluten and grain free. This salad falls into the category of effortless preparation—simply set it up and let the oven work its magic by roasting and caramelising the cauliflower while the stovetop cooks the quinoa. Just add goats cheese and mint!

So tell me Dear Reader, which salad do you like the sound of the most?
