Hello - picnics are about being outdoors and eating delicious food, but there's always that tiny horror of something crawling into the sandwiches. This is a cheeky Halloween potato salad: a simple, tasty potato salad with chopped chives to suggest mould and crunchy puffed rice standing in for maggots - all perfectly edible and ideal for a bit of harmless gross-out fun at a spooky picnic.
