Chocolate Bar Recipes
Making your own chocolate bars and candy is much easier than it looks, Dear Reader, and you get to choose every delicious filling and crunchy addition. Start with my Dubai chocolate, make one enormous family-sized chocolate bar or try the wonderfully simple Tim Tam Milo fudge. The fudge itself is smooth despite the slightly rough looking surface and the crystallised violets give it an intermittent, delicate crunch. I used a blend of milk and dark chocolate but I don't think using just Dark Chocolate would be a bad idea as the fudge is so sweet, any reservations about a bitter fudge are balanced by the sweetness.
