A couple of weeks ago I was attending a Rosemount Wine lunch for Fashion Week and was chatting to one of their winemakers. He told me something quite interesting. Did you know that wine makers are given dental treatments as part of their job because a hazard of their job is wearing the enamel out and staining of their teeth? I was surprised but then again not so surprised as you can often tell the red wine buff by the stains on their teeth.
Whilst I don't drink that much red wine, I do drink loads of tea and I have to confess that when at home I drink my tea out of a straw. It's a little tip that my friend Queen Viv told me to help keep my teeth white and although it can elicit curious looks if you ask for one it is nevertheless a practical tip.
