Jamaican patties are one of my favourite ever pies. The pastry is easily made in the food processor and it is filled with a spicy, saucy beef mince. These are very portable and highly scoffable!
I love this chicken and leek pie not only for the flavoursome filling but also because it is so easy to make! And the scrunch filo on top is a cinch too!
