Top 5 Chicken Pie Recipes!

It's chicken pie weather and have I got a treat for you! Here are 5 of my favourite chicken pie recipes from a divine coq au vin pie to impress guests, butter chicken mini pies, a chicken and leek dome pie, curry chicken pot pie or a chicken (or vegan) pie!

1 - Coq Au Vin Pie

This is my winter go-to pie. If you love rich coq au vin (chicken with wine) then this version pairs buttery puff pastry and Dutch carrots with this much loved French stew!

Who doesn't love butter chicken? The saucy Indian curry favourite is perfect for putting in little pies. Take them on picnics or pop them in a lunchbox for a tasty lunch!

What I love about this chicken or vegan pie is that it is equally delicious made with chicken or jackfruit to make it vegan. I have served this up to a vegetarian friend who thought that it was chicken!

This is one of those wonderfully rich and cream chicken pies that warm you up from the inside. It's also shaped into a dome with patterns so perfect to serve to guests too!

I adore this curried chicken pot pie! While this pie might look rich and luscious it also has 4 cups of vegetables in the pie so it's a complete meal in one!
