1 - Italian Fig & Cheese Bread
Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 readers
Late season figs are so luscious and when you have luscious, jammy figs stuff some bread with them! It can be made with cheese, sweet rubied figs and prosciutto or you can also make a vegetarian version with fruit and nut bread and luscious fig and vanilla jam!
2 - Blue Cheese & Fig Dip
I don't often buy dips because they're so easy to make and this fig and blue cheese dip is no exception. It's salty, sweet and sophisticated at the same time - try to stop at one bite!
3 - Fig & Zucchini Salad
This zucchini, fig, and goat's cheese salad is all about summer, combining the sweetness of ripe figs with the fresh crunch of zucchini and the creaminess of goat's cheese. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal preparation time, this salad is perfect for a quick and healthy meal, or as an impressive dish to serve to guests!
4 - Fig Jam
So you've got a punnet of over ripe or dry figs and you don't know what to do with them? I've got you covered...make fig jam! This fig jam has fresh figs, vanilla, lemon and Pedro Ximinez sherry to make a wonderfully versatile fig jam that has many uses be it breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert with ice cream.
