A must-have on a Southern Hemisphere Christmas table is salad - it's the height of summer here, and something crisp and green just makes sense. This Peach Tomato Caprese Salad nods to the Italian flag while echoing Christmas colours, and it's a lovely way to showcase delicious peaches and other stone fruit; you can even arrange it into a wreath or a candy cane for a bit of festive fun.
