Where to Eat in Canterbury

Canterbury keeps giving me reasons to return, from Japanese grills and sushi to Vietnamese food tours, Mexican feasts and Sydney's only traditional Mauritian restaurant. The pleasure is in never quite knowing which cuisine the next local gem will bring.
