Western Sydney is where a plan for one meal has a habit of becoming a full day of eating. I've arrived with lists, takeaway containers and friends willing to share, then followed the queues and recommendations into yum cha rooms, night markets, neighbourhood favourites and tiny shops serving something I could not get anywhere else.
