Where to Eat Chinese Food in Sydney

After a dinner at a tiny Guizhou restaurant, I set myself a delicious quest to try as many of Sydney's regional Chinese restaurants as possible. It has taught me to ask what each kitchen does differently, whether that means a giant shared pot built for a bitter winter, dumplings made the Nanjing way or the particular joy of a long yum cha lunch with Laura.
